Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During high-volume periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to get your order out quickly.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer standard international shipping to most regions.
Estimated delivery times:

  • United States & Canada: 7–10 business days

  • Europe: 7–12 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7-10 business days

  • Asia: 5-7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, local postal delays, or unforeseen logistics issues.

Shipping Fees

Standard Shipping - $5 USD
We offer free standard shipping on orders over 65 USD.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.


Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Unaltered

  • In original packaging with tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear & Socks

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

Return Process

  2. Our team will review your request within 1–3 business days.

  3. Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning your item(s).

Please note: return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please contact us.
We will help arrange an exchange depending on inventory availability.


Refunds

Refund Method

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We will resend or refund your order at no additional cost.
